Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KYRI PTY LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. KYRI is unable to list the export of these devices as a gift or sample, even if someone has purchased it for you as a gift.
The below list is non conclusive and subject to change at any time by the listed country. These rates are outside of KYRI's control, and the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Should you choose not to pay the VAT tax upon arrival to your country, the device will be returned to us and you will be refunded minus the return shipping cost KYRI will incur.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kyricycles.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
